Values and Ethos
Our Mission Statement is :
“I come that they may have life and live life to the full” John 10:10
As a Catholic school it is important that the Religious Life of the school is not ignored. Each child will receive a religious education, which is based on Christ’s love, care and compassion for people.
The children will express their faith in the daily life of the school, leading to involvement in parish and community activities. In school, this will take place in assemblies, prayer and joining our parish community for the celebration of Mass and other church events and celebrations. These aree held within school and the children join St Paatrick’s congregation to celebrate Sunday Mass, Sacramental Programme and other celebrations we have during the year ,i.e. Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Holy Communion.
Our Aim is:
We aim to develop and foster the qualities of mind, body and spirit, in ways that encourage each child to be actively involved in discovering self, others and the environment. Holy Rosary has 10 values which are used to guide children and support them in self discovery.
Our Vision is:
Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens.
