Colour Run

This week, we had a wonderful celebration of Autism Awareness Day at Holy Rosary RC Primary School!

The afternoon began with a thought-provoking assembly led by our school council. They explained the "Autistic Spectrum" and how it's similar to the spectrum of colour - we all have our own unique way of perceiving the world around us.

Following the assembly, the entire school community came together for a joyful Colour Run around the playground. It was a magnificent sight to see the children running and laughing, covered in a rainbow of vibrant hues.

This event was a powerful reminder that diversity is something to be celebrated. At Holy Rosary, we strive to create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive and feel valued for who they are.

We're so proud of our school council for leading this meaningful activity and helping to spread awareness and understanding about Autism. It was a truly special day that brought our community closer together.

What did you think of our Autism Awareness celebration? We'd love to hear your thoughts!
